I asked for a meatball marinara, i was automatically given the meatless one without being asked, i asked for alternatives for a picky child and didnt get anywhere with the staff at all no help, and since when did the toulet become for staff only? Paid £12 for this, I’ve been told about this subway and i forgot! The salad cost must come out of the managers wage - I ordered lettuce if you can find it in my picture - you would think you’ve asked them to add extra gold to your sandwich. This is NOT the subway chain we all know and love

Walked in was ignored by rude workers who then seemed to giggle , customer service needs work
