I waited over 10 minutes today for 2 lattes. Short staffed but they were more interested in doing drinks for people who had ordered on Deliveroo.

The sign on the door indicated that the store would open at 6:30 AM on December 24th, but it remained closed until 7:30 AM. Perhaps they experienced an unforeseen delay or decided to start their Christmas celebrations early.
