At first I thought it was just me but apparently this is a regular occurrence, staff standing around yabling and cant be bothered to do their job but still take home a wage. The barista snatched my money from me and short changed me. When I asked for the right change she pulled a face and refused to believe she did anything wrong. Of course, I won't be going there again but for feedback purposes they should consider improving their customer service and math if they can read figures from a till!
