I was served by Tee and she looked so bothered by customers, she was more busy doing her own thing than serving customers! I work in retail and I do understand that there is a lot of back office work that needs to be done while serving customers. Please quit if you don’t like your job.

Really poor. I’ve worked retail & hospitality, I understand sometimes it can be very busy and it’s hard to deliver good service whilst keeping waiting at a minimum but this was shocking to be honest.
