I used the little Starbucks on the upstairs bridge link in Leeds Station today. I was flapping and anxious about my journey and times ect and the staff working were absolutely lovely. Super helpful. As a woman, it felt bit inappropriate being referred as 'mate' by the male member of staff serving me.
