bought a pair of shoes thinking they were what I wanted but realised they wern’t the ones I intended on buying. Tried to return them but apparently there was a little tiny sign at the checkout saying no returns. Spoke to the manager and he clearly didnt care, said we could return it for store credit. Horrible experience...

Difficult to go around the store with a wheel chair as its too tight with railings so crammed together but for a staff member to see you and then proceeds to put a railing in front of you when you're trying to make your way through the store is an absolute joke. Would give it a zero if I could.
