Terrible, I was not allowed to use the rest room facility due to being white British.... how is that any sort of service to provide to a paying customer that has sever health conditions .. I will be making a formal complaint to head office regarding thisMatter

Won't accept shell fuel reward came 1st time scanner not working then second same then 3rd again this time asked to scan again and turned scanner off said you can't scan twice .
