I've been using Rumbles for over 3 years and the only issue I've had is lazy delivery drivers refusing to deliver my order to my door because I live in a block of flats. They always ring and tell me to go down and collect it, of I pay for delivery then I expect it to be delivered to me not what is the equivalent of them... read full comment

They charge 50p for paying by debit card. I only realised when I checked my banking that I was charged £6.40p at the shop for cheeseburger and chips. The menu clearly states £5.90p. Rumbles are breaking the law. Whilst there can be a minimum spend in store using a card, it is illegal to charge the customer for paying... read full comment
