Have been having some difficulties by being on sick leave and self employed and I really needed to speak to someone. Spent the last £5 in cash I had to get to get the bus to the branch on Friday. I arrived after the opening time advertised and the branch was closed. There is no landline number to ring the branch so instead...

Appalling service. Stood 10 mins then had to approach a staff member who told me to go to Natwest!! They couldn’t help so went back to RBS and was ignored all over again!! The guy was busy opening a new account for someone so was too busy to help an existing customer.
