The counter assistant very unhelpful when I couldn’t see to fill out a customs form. Was quite willing for me to take the parcel home rather than help. Was also happy to argue the fact that you need to ask for help even though she was told I had a problem. Very nasty and argumentative lady. I have reported her behaviour...

Slightly offhand and unhelpful. I'll stick to Armley Town Street, counter staff are very polite and willing to help.
