Can someone tell me why I’m having to use the nhs app to book an appointment but the only option you can pick is for a blood test?! I don’t want a blood test I want to speak to a GP! Pay a fortune in taxes yet I can’t get to see a doctor or a nurse!

Wow, just joined this shocking establishment and have soon realised why their reviews are so poor. Spoke to these 3 x times all with equally appalling results. 1st call spoke to the receptionist who confirmed a call was scheduled but it wouldn’t necessarily be in the morning and to wait.
