Just a little bit or customer service wouldn't of gone a miss. No pleasantries what so ever, grunted a price and that was it. No hello, no small talk. Will not be shopping here again.

Poor customer experience today. Had an issue with an Evri delivery, but staff totally dis-interested in being helpful. Totally miserable older woman behind the counter on my SECOND visit today to try and find a parcel which had supposedly been delivered, but she wouldn't even go and check for me. Appauling.

I am a regular customer but this shop has gone downhill. The manager was stood on a stool in a hoodie with videos playing out-loud, flirting with the YOUNG girl behind the till whilst she was serving customers and knowing they can hear.
