Unhelpfull staff . No exchange policy for genuinely lost receipt..and very rude manager . Made to feel very embarrassed

Good store apart from when we went the other day the store was basically empty so I left my boots by a seat whilst finding some shoes to try on. Went to put them back on to find they had gone missing. Finally, I found them behind some shoes in a section we hadn't looked in and it could only have been a member of staff... read full comment
