4 stars all for the lovely Dawn who greeted us at the front desk and apologised many times for the wait. Dawn you have an all round positive and good vibe! Would've been 5 stars but we did have to wait quite a while for a simple thing :(

I would like to send a good review & feedback for a particular member of staff called Chloe. She was very helpfull last time I visited the branch. She showed me how to put cash in my bank on the ATM so that I don't have to cue up all the time. She was very polite & friendly with great customer service.Thanks for your help...
