Visited Harvey Nichols today to purchase my old ‘favourite’ make-up. Lara sat me down and applied my make up, introducing new products and took time to explain the benefits and differences etc. I really enjoyed my morning and it was worth having the appointment as I could redeem the cost on products, so it was a win-win.... read full comment
