Unfortunately although the staff try their best, this venue is either out of items , usually milkshakes or icecream, or everything is very delayed, I have been on numerous occasions and its always the same, even when they are not busy, I haven't worked out what the issue is, perhaps lack of staff, I go because its convenient... read full comment

Awful service, do not come here unless you want to mess about. Two kids, sat here twenty minutes, still not got the food. Joke of a place
