The best shop with excellent customer service. Shop assistant always goes beyond, I asked today if there is any cheese board as shelf was empty and gentleman brought it straight away from warehouse. in other shops I would rather hear sorry we run out without checking but here I can always count on staff which always are... read full comment

Automated ordering machines which were ok but the place was in chaos. Ordered 1 tea, 1 latte, 1 scone and a mince pie. Still waiting more than 20 minutes later. Order came after 25 minutes but no milk! Our tray of food had been sitting on the counter with 8 others for a while. The manager appears to be sorting all the orders... read full comment
