10/10. Everybody knows the food is excellent but this is invariably matched by the customer service at the Moortown M&S. Of note, today Juliet dealt with my queries in a thoroughly professional and customer focused fashion. Thank you.

Not bad. Convenient. I buy less from M & S than I used to because as I buy gluten free and lactose free for health, it is expensive and wasteful to buy such a large milk, that due to its nature, goes off quick and I have to throw away. Smaller sizes for us singles, please, then I could buy two of one product and freeze... read full comment
