Went for breakfast terrible. The sausage and bacon undercooked. Came like warm. The coffee was nice. The poached eggs were awful.

Dirty cups lipstick! Sent back coffee and waited 10 minutes for replacement.Tables not cleared. Sulky inofficiemt staff. NEVER AGAIN.

Whatever has happened to Marks and Spencer’s cafes? The queues are long so people are obviously putting up with it but why on earth do they not provide saucers with an expensive cup of tea? And when we asked for extra hot water it was put in a paper cup…and we were told they are not allowed to use pots for hot water…ridiculous!
