Shocking I have been ringing for literally 5 hours and it's either engaged for up to 15 mins or just rings and rings out coz nobody picks it up and this is how we are supposed to order prescriptions but we all know full well they are stood round the back looking at the phone as it rings ?

Past months this chemist has gone down hill. Not sure If been taken over as was best chemist around. Prescriptions are missing items or the wrong thing so have to go back up to sort it out. Waiting times are ridiculous you can be waiting an hour where before prescriptions were all ready made up waiting for collections.... read full comment
