Basic but adequate and better than the noisy concourse! ?

A great fan of the train service but this lounge really disappointed. The member of staff in charge of the lounge was constantly on her phone and provided no hospitality or customer care. I was asked to scan my own ticket while she continued her private conversation on the phone.
Small lounge but it does the job if you can get in. Good coffee (one machine out of order though), cold bottled water available as well as crisps and some nice biscuits. It's located near the ticket office before going through the barriers
