Good service, polite, friendly and helpful staff.Only rated a 3 star due to the opening hours. I work full time and need access either on a Saturday morning or a late night .

I opened an bank account online for my sister and bring her here for confirm. One of lady staff was so rude with us. On her ID it was her middle name before her first name. This branch is a joke at the moment. Hope your new opening hours are short term as the waiting time to be served at counter are appalling. 15 customers deep& faulty equipment on self serve. Time to look at alternatives I think.
