Been twice to this shop one guy sat at his desk glanced up when he heard the door open he never spoke or acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help or advice etc , I'm in the market for a brand new ebike thought well if he cannot be bothered to communicate then I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. Leeds shop was really helpful for my last purchase. Paul I think it was helped to keep me informed of the progress on my order and the whole team were very friendly. The technician has done a great job setting the bike up also, Thanks guys ?
