Absolute appalled by the service from the lady behind the till. Popped down on national doughnut day with the promo code but did not receive a doughnut from the server despite having sealed packets with world doughnut label on display. Falsely advertising free doughnut what a waste of time.

My wife and myself sat down with two coffees and 2 cakes. The 2 ladies were on their phones when we ordered. All the tables were mucky. My wife complained. One lady cleaned ours. Left other tables. 20 minutes after leaving started getting pains in my stomach. Followed by rushing to the toilet. Rest of my night was ruined....
