I was trying to place an order but there was a large queue and lots of children playing on the 2 self service kiosks. I went to speak to the girl on the counter (who had a very bad attitude) to place an order or for her to ask the kids to stop messing about with the kiosks but she refused to take my order or do anything... read full comment
