A long established local pub that a friend used to be able to touch both walls at the same time. Now much enlarged by Wetherspoons. Very large, clean and tidy even mid-evening on a Saturday. The staff keep on top of the job. Large open fire in mid room at one end provides a welcoming feel. Food and drink as usual in...

Great and warm family place to relax and enjoy good meals.-Great value for money.-Nice stuff.Kid-friendliness: It is a family place with big tables warm enough for the cold days and also many of the dishes are also good for kids.

Food was nice but ordered a 2 medium steaks both come red raw thought that we going to grow legs and walk away
