I used to work here as evident by the reviews left by patients prior to me leaving (Sky). The work environment and the way patient care is provided was unacceptable in my opinion. Nobody answers the phone now, it’s most infuriating. I just wanted to let them know straight away that I had been charged a prescription rate instead of the actual price of £6.59 for the item bought over the counter. What even more infuriating I don’t actually pay for prescriptions anyway!
