The first thing the cashier said, even though it was an empty line, was I could do this online. As if to invalidate her whole job. For goodness sake, I apologise for interrupting your chatting for all of 2 minutes.

I dont know whats her name but she is so unhelpful she is more focus on getting me to do everything online than listening. I agree it's convenient to do everything online but not for my mom that have limited English. Halifax close so many physical branch and this is the standard of the leftover?? Terrible service. Counter service keeps closing and they make customers wait to use services. 30 mins at time. Not sure why?? Need to change bank.
