Didn’t get any help. Instead I was given a business card to call the number to sort my things and a rude treatment from a young bank representative.

Unfortunately had to go into this branch as the main one in Leeds on Headrow is now closed. Trying to trace an old savings account with them. Cashier was rather rude and dismissive of my enquiry.
