No use whatsoever. Spent ages queuing to be told just go home and sort online banking out online... If it had worked online I wouldn't have wasted the time to come in store! No wonder its got two stars. Probably worst bank going. Unhelp and rude!

Mobile App got blocked so had to go in store with ID according to the phone customer services. In store the waiting lines were poorly managed where me and my wife couldn't wait in-store together when other people where in two and three groups. It took over 40 mins to unlock my online banking app.
