I will be back in the bank tomorrow to deposit cash. I DO NOT EXPECT to be harassed like I was today. I was not struggling, and I enjoy using the machine. But my money was whipped out of my hand by a member of staff with a "how are you" which I was stunned to silence by and didn't even reply to. I just stood there in shock.... read full comment

Unsure how a bank can offer banking services to people who work and then don't accommodate for them by having opening hours that working people can't actually make a visit to the bank.
