It's Greggs so obviously it tasty food at a very tasty price. Sometimes, with chains, it's the staff that make the difference and here I was greeted with a cheerful smile and patient, courteous service. Staff could do with some customer service training, as well as a rocket up the backside! They're too young and inexperienced.
