We always receive great service in this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve purchased jewellery as well as using them for watch service and repairs and would definitely recommend the Leeds branch.

Went in to return something I bought from a different store after asking customer services whether this can be done in a different store to the one I bought it. They said yes. (Also states this on the receipt I have noticed).Upon arriving to the store, I was told cannot return my item here and I should go back to the store...
