Bought some tudors a few weeks ago, was met by 2 beautiful ladies, Michele and jess, I was shown the watches I wanted without hesitation and the staff were very laid back and pleasant which made for a nice atmosphere, I was made cups of tea and brought biscuits too which added to the experience, and the lovely ladies even...

Avoid at all costs, ordered our wedding rings back in July 2023 and was advised paying in full as opposed to a deposit would get the rings here quicker, which we did. 4 weeks passed with no update so I called the branch and they told me the order had been automatically cancelled because it took too long so had to re-order...

Chloe at the Goldsmiths branch at White Rose was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were sold a damaged item. Visited 2 other goldsmiths around the same time and had much better service in both stores but unfortunately the White Rose store and customer service team that dealt with my issue have meant I won’t consider...
