They never answer their phone so you can't check if your prescription has been filled before you trek all the way over, they often do not have the entire prescription on site so you have to make a second trip. Have been using this boots store for prescriptions for the last 3 years. Staff have always been helpful and had no issues getting prescriptions. Getting their text messages to tell us when to collect meds is really useful. Store is often busy so can have to wait 30mins to collect prescriptions at times. The rest of the... read full comment

This store has a really deceptive front it looks like a small store from the outside but when you get inside its fairly large.
