Quick service although this branch seems to constantly have problems regarding staffing and being able to make hot drinks plus on a number of occasions not cups or glasses due to dish washer not working

Never in my life have I experienced such VILE customer service! Myself my mum and child went for our usual Costa coffee visit as we do weekly and Costa should be ASHAMED of the ‘staff’ they employe. Wonderful place to have a best coffee in town, nice ambient sitting. Every time I visit the store the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Mostly the Indian guy very helpful and cheerful. ??
