Some very rude customer service people went in today at 4.15 asked fir cash back as the cash point wasn’t working to be told it’s not are fault and begrudgingly says I carnt give you no more than 50 my till only as 40 left in it after this I give you … well that’s not my fault neither is it and very rude talking... read full comment

Not the best shopping experience, a bit of a weird "this is a local place for local people" atmosphere. Staff generally OK, some very good, with the exception of Jennie who could urgently do with training in how to speak to customers.
