Used to use the cex regularly to exchange games but staff changed and I wouldn’t recommend it, reserved 3 different items on 3 different occasions all out of stock.When brought items back due to being faulty, had poor experience and had to take them to another cex.Difficult when wanting to return items within the 2 week...

Worst CEX iv ever been to, do not use this store until they get new staff, They will downgrade your band and just say it because its the condition but can't specify and get funny and annoyed when you politely ask any questions on it, It seems like they have purposely employed con artists at this store.
