I was served a completely flat latte yesterday morning, there was no foam at all. The barista was not in training but works there since quite some time so I can't even say it was accidental. There are no power sockets anywhere inside the caffe. At term times the queues are horrendous.

Stop doing pre close and take my order. Stop leaving the trainee barista to do everything herself. No management, no idea.wipe your tables too.

Almost all staff are champion baristas making the best coffee in the land. Super friendly and dedicated to service. Nice music and despite it being busy sometimes, always a bit of an oasis to chill and work.
