The staff are inconsistent here, I'm sick of getting to work with half a cup of froth. It costs £4.50 a drink here roughly and half of it is air. There are some staff who make the drinks properly though. Probably because it's busy and they aren't putting the effort into each drink and just trying to get the queue down... read full comment
