I really have never been disappointed with either the BP Head Office complaints department and how they run their franchises as I have in this instance. Must get robbed a lot, staff show fear if you go over a tenner and open your car door to get a penny out, come on lads im driving a two litre sports custom cabriolet, so i've got the money to pay for fuel, it costs me over 300 a year in tax to drive the thing.
