Awful service.Tried ringing for 2 hours to see if prescription for antibiotics can be ready today. Rings with no answer, is engaged, or they answer and try dialing out, then hang up when they hear you!Get told it takes 48 hours for prescription to be made up, for antibiotics and such this is stupid!It's a shame there's... read full comment

Multiple times left without prescribed items as staff insist its been sent to boots at the springs meaning travelling out of the way and the long wait at the pharmacy to be told actually its showing on the system at the quarry hill store where it should be ? i can only assume that @5.45pm they just cant be bothered and... read full comment
