i actually think that the service isn’t as people are saying it is. I came in to access my online banking and get a statement the line was long , but they were very polite and patient with me as my phone was slow at the time.

Lie to your face. Play games and literally do not adhere to their own terms and conditions. Incompetent staff. Worst bank i've used.

The real rating is somewhere between abysmal and a clown show . queuing for 45 minutes late morning … 1 clerk , but 2 or 3 staff doing their utmosts to get you to self bank on terminals even though that process can’t deal with 50%.
