I had a bad experience with an overzealous staff. Went back months later to fix my phone. Was late by 5 minutes because I could not find parking in trinity. Of course my appointment was cancelled as a no show. Explained my plight to the gentle man that attended to me and he made everything right. Got my phone fixed in... read full comment
