Branch staff were fine. On line system is very poor. Unless something radical happens it is doomed.

Very poor service!! The atm outside the bank does not allow you to deposit money and this has been the case for many months. Initially I thought it was just a coincidence that it didn’t work but I tried again after many months and it’s still not working. I work so it’s difficult for me to come before 4pm to the branch... read full comment
