Apart from having no hot water for the 2 nights stay, everything else what's great thank you.

Haris on the reception was a great member of staff and went above and beyond helping to get our WiFi connection issue resolved. It was also great having the Toby Carvery restaurant directly next door. Free parking a nice addition. Hotel was basic and quite dated but very clean, warm and comfortable.
