Time to shut shop, lights are turned out on the back aisle's. Cafe is run down with hardly anybody in it had a breakfast very dry. Only two checkouts open with very large ques waiting long periods of time. Seen better days this store once always busy now very quite I don't know how it stays open.

Food is not good anymore even drinks are usually cold. The self serve machine often not working. Shirty staff. I am appalled at this cafe as usually Morrisons is very good Heckmondwike store is especially good. They always have plenty of food available and the staff are on the ball. Not like Keighley
