Prescriptions are rarely ready for collection, even if they were sent by Dr surgery 5 or 6 days previously. Poor service from the woman who works on the counter, not friendly at all no customer service skills. The older pharmacist who works there however has always been great.

Genuinely never been greeted with a ‘hello’ or a smile, or eye contact here! Never met a team with such contempt for customers. Genuinely hate going here as have never been made to feel so uncomfortable doing something so simple.You just get spoken at and down too, each one of them!
