Almost everytime I place an order half the shop is missing or wrong and the list says all items are there with no substitutions

The staff were rude to me when l was trying to alert them that an older gentleman needed some assistance saying it was none of my business, never encountered that in any COOP before so won't be returning

Not open when stated 6am and its not the 1st time! its a useless shop which you cannot rely on! the cash point is never open because they take it upon themselves to lock it up every night and open at varying times the next day its not acceptable.
