Good shop selling a variety of house hold items, good selection of craft items especially embroidery . Large Car park but as a height restriction.

Products overly expensive….customer service end worse…either angry or incompetent but in all don’t need the bad attitude…who needs to be treated like this…try to improve or you’ll be loosing more customers even in the limited environment of Ilkley…
