Rude incompetence staff that hang up on calls and refuse to help

Phone consistently goes to engaged after a few rings and I don't live near or are passing to know what's happening about a "back order" or the rest of my son's prescription that was on order. Rubbish service that has caused severe problems for my son including severe distress and pain. Wouldn't recommend
