Good range of products but the staff are most unhelpful and lack in knowledge of the products they sell and where they are in the store! Must have been some staff changes as previously very helpful. Customer service training needed!!!

I can't rate this store high enough. Despite the fact that goods are always at bargain prices, they have a Rewards card too! The shop is always laid out well and what makes it extra special for me is that all the staff are friendly and approachable. Sunday afternoon, im 1 of 2 whole customers,asked a member of staff for help finding something, got a vague point in the direction I'd already spent 5 minutes looking, if you can't be bothered neither can i.
